Bluspark Services Terms

Terms and conditions applicable to the Consulting Services and Technology Services provided by the Bluspark Group of companies.

1. Bluspark Consulting Services Addendum – Terms and conditions applicable to only Consulting Services.
2. Bluspark Technology Services Addendum – Terms and conditions applicable to only Technology Services (including SaaS offerings).
   1. EULA – End User License Agreement applicable to any user utilizing a Bluspark technology offering.
   2. AUP – Acceptable Use Policy applicable to any user utilizing a Bluspark technology offering.
   3. SLA – Service Level Agreement applicable to Bluspark technology services.

Transportation Terms
